Compliance by design

Trust.Regulation.Future.

Strategic compliance and governance, built to serve growth.

02Approach

How We Work

A structured process with documented outputs — on every engagement.

Timelines depend on the service type and the state of your existing documentation.

01

Discover

Discovery starts with a structured conversation — with a short upfront document request where needed.

02

Assess

We assess your current state, gaps and priorities based on your organisation's real risk profile.

03

Build

We build the structured documentation: policies, templates, roadmap and evidence structure.

04

Hand over

We hand over an organised, audit-prepared package with a management summary and clear next steps.

03Transformation

From Fragmented to Structured Readiness

Before

  • Scattered documents — multiple places, multiple versions
  • Unclear internal ownership
  • Ad hoc supplier responses, rebuilt every time
  • Uncertainty around NIS2 / ESG / AI scope
  • Reactive deadline pressure

Structured readiness

  • Structured documentation package
  • Clear internal responsibilities
  • Reusable supplier pack
  • Scoped regulatory roadmap
  • Management-ready summary

05Delivery workflow

Structured delivery — human-reviewed, not a public SaaS product.

We run engagements through an internal documentation and evidence workflow. Organized project delivery for advisors and clients — not a self-service compliance platform, client portal, or real-time dashboard.

Structured milestones

Each engagement follows defined phases with documented outputs and clear ownership.

02

Evidence workflow

Policies, gap lists, and audit-ready artefacts managed with version discipline — internally, under advisor control.

03

Human-reviewed delivery

AI-assisted where appropriate; every client-facing output is reviewed by experienced advisors — not automated certification.

06FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is Regcytech for?

Primarily Hungarian and European SMEs, enterprise suppliers and growing organisations where NIS2, ESG/VSME or AI regulation has become a tangible expectation — and their leaders, who want an organised, documented preparation.

Which languages do you work in?

Hungarian and English. Documentation outputs can be produced in either language, as the engagement requires.

What documents does a client receive?

Depending on the service: a gap analysis, a prioritised action roadmap, policy and procedure templates, a supplier response pack and a management summary. Exact outputs are agreed in the scoping conversation.

Is this certification or an audit?

No. Regcytech provides advisory and documentation readiness support — we are not a certification body or an accredited auditor, and we do not guarantee legal compliance. Our work prepares your organisation for a potential audit or customer due diligence.

What happens in the first conversation?

A 30-minute structured conversation: we review where your organisation stands, which requirements are relevant, and what next steps may be useful. No obligation.

Do you process sensitive data in public AI tools?

No. In our internal AI-assisted workflow every output is reviewed by an experienced professional, and confidential client data is governed by the engagement agreement and strict internal rules — we do not upload sensitive client documents to public AI services.

First step

Let's find out where you stand.

30 minutes. No obligation. No hard pitch — just a structured conversation about where you stand and what may be useful next.
